Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer through World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) and Certified on the TRIM30 Circuit Program. Nick holds several certifications in special populations including Senior Fitness, Youth Fitness, Pregnancy Fitness, Corrective Running, Low Back & Joint Pain Management and Abdominal & Core Strengthening. Nick has over 15 years experience in Weight Loss, Behavioral Change, Motivation and Nutritional Coaching. Nick graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate/Organizational Communications. Nick is CPR and AED Certified by the American Heart Association.
Ron has a passion to help people and make a positive difference in their life. Ron is extremely goal driven, motivating, and has over 12 years experience in the health industry. Ron is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Certified on the TRIM30 Circuit Program. Ron holds several certifications including, one on one training, group training, and sports performance training and is CPR and AED Certified by the American Heart Association. Ron has over 5 years experience in the nutrition field, with weight loss and weight management working for Jenny Craig. Ron also has over 5 years experience in the vitamin, supplement and sports nutrition field, working for NOW Foods. Ron feels very strongly that having a consistent workout routine, healthy lifestyle & diet and taking vitamins and supplements will get you to your best version of you!

Brooke started her career in fitness with just a passion for being inside the gym environment. This passion led to her career with Xsport Fitness and transition to training with Trim30. Specifically, Brooke's passion about the fitness industry comes from personal experience with her fitness journey and a strong motivation to help others reach their goals. She is also CPR certified from the American Heart Association.

Nannette Rasch decided to pursue her passion for fitness by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine after a career as a bilingual teacher. Nannette's certifications and interests include: Senior Fitness, Women's Fitness, Fitness Nutrition, and Corrective Exercises. Nannette feels strongly that a commitment to well-planned exercise and nutrition can enhance everyone's quality of life. Nannette is CPR and AED Certified by the American Heart Association.
MICHELLE’S STORY: “I was a stay at home mom to my two daughters who are now grown and living on their own. I had a busy, healthy and active life but didn’t have a consistent exercise regiment. After trying several different gyms over the years-some large, some small, all of which left me feeling intimidated and alone, and not sticking to a workout, I was lucky enough to find TRIM. Feeling welcomed and comfortable with the trainers, I knew I wanted to be a part of the team. As a TRIM team member, I bring organizational and creativity skills, along with support and encouragement to women and understand their concerns of coming into a fitness center, feeling good about themselves and help them understand the progress they are making.” The most gratifying to Michelle is when she can interact directly with people. Michelle is CPR and AED Certified by the American Heart Association.
